Go to the animal list of a business (for example, by selecting the “Animals” option in the menu of a business).

In the animal list, search for the animal you are inspecting.

In the relevant row, click on the icon. That will create a new list (inspections). On mobile devices, to see an icon, first you have to move the row to the left.

Now you can enter findings. If no finding is shown, move on to the next step.

In inspection details (On mobiles/tablets in the grey stripe at the top. On desktops in the left column), select “No/Yes” depending on whether hooves have been treated.

In inspection details, select “No/Yes” depending on whether the animal must be inspected. In case you select “Yes”, choose the interval within which the animal must be inspected. If the preset intervals do not suit you, select “Manual” and in the field next to it input an exact date.

In case you wish to record the inspection at a later point, choose in inspection details in the “Date of inspection” field the day when the inspection was performed.

Using the checkboxes, you can decide whether it is recommended to use antibiotics or to remove the animal from the herd.

After the inspection is recorded, save it by clicking on “Save”.

Note: If not all mentioned fields can be seen in the inspection details, we can it call them up by clicking on the icon.
